Thank you for shopping with Coolilumi. We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels
  • 30 days of the delivery date

Note: Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at services@coolilumi.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at services@coolilumi.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged/defective)

Note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • For defective or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping or offer a full refund without return if applicable.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
