Are installation instructions provided?

Yes, installation instructions are included with all of our lighting products. In the event that your package does not contain a manual, please do not hesitate to contact us at services@coolilumi.com. We will be pleased to promptly provide you with a digital copy.

Is the light bulb included?

Bulb inclusion depends on the specific product! You can check the "What's in the Box" section on the product page for details, or let us know your order number and we’ll confirm for you!

Have your products obtained certifications such as CE, UL, FCC, etc.?

Yes, all our lighting products have obtained internationally recognized certifications such as CE, UL, FCC, and RoHS, depending on the specific model and market requirements.

For your peace of mind, we have uploaded the certification documents on both our homepage and individual product pages for your reference.

SHIPPING

When My Order Will Be Shipped?
  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing may be delayed slightly. We’ll notify you if that happens.
How Long Does It Take To Get My Order?

Once shipped, delivery takes 7-12 business days to most locations (e.g., US, UK, EU).

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships, so you can follow its journey! For a more precise estimate, feel free to share your shipping country or order number, and we’ll help confirm.

How Can I Modify/cancel My Order?
  • For changes/cancellations BEFORE shipping: Contact us immediately via live chat (bottom right) or email services@coolilumi.com with your order number. We process orders within 1-2 business days, so quick action helps!
  • If your order has shipped: Modifications/cancellations aren’t possible, but you can return items for a refund per our Returns Policy.
What Happens If My Package Gets Lost?

Most "lost" packages are just delayed due to transit issues (e.g., weather, customs). Here’s what we can do:

First, check tracking details: The tracking link in your shipping email will show the latest status (e.g., "out for delivery" or "held at local facility"). Sometimes updates take 24-48 hours to reflect.

If tracking shows "lost" or no update for 5+ days: Contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll:

  • File a claim with the courier immediately.
  • Either reship your order at no extra cost or process a full refund – whichever you prefer.
Which countries/regions do you support shipping to?

We support worldwide shipping.

However, due to logistics limitations, we may not be able to deliver to certain remote areas, islands, or restricted regions.

Please rest assured that if your order cannot be fulfilled due to your shipping address, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.

How To Use The Discount Code?

To use a discount code, simply follow these steps:

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

Why Are There Multiple Chares On My Card For A Single Order?

In most cases, multiple charges on your card for a single order are temporary authorizations rather than actual duplicate charges.

When you place an order, your payment provider may place a pre-authorization hold to verify the payment method. You might see more than one charge appear temporarily on your statement, especially if:

  • You refreshed the checkout page or clicked the payment button multiple times
  • Your bank processed the payment with a delay or in multiple steps
  • The order was updated or adjusted after payment

Please rest assured that you will only be charged once, and any extra pending charges will typically disappear from your bank statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your card issuer.

The order has been paid but no confirmation email has been received?

If you've successfully placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email within a few minutes, please consider the following:

  2. A small typo in the email address during checkout may prevent the confirmation from being delivered. If you suspect this, please contact us.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Do you support returns? What are the return conditions?

Yes, we support returns under the following conditions:
1. Return Period: Within 30 days of delivery
2. Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
3. Exceptions: Customized or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective
4. Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

What should I do if I receive a damaged lamp?

How long is the product warranty and what does it cover?

All Coolilumi products come with a 1-year limited warranty.

This warranty covers:
